Shipping times
Main thing to note before you read the rest of this information tab is Time to create the book, shipping, and delivery are three seperate things all will be established.
Time to create the book:
We take pride in the books we create in order to help out parents with their children's learning abilities and reading skills. Therefore our team of designers and animators work vigorously in order to create the perfect book for your child. Book creation takes 30 DAYS, this does not mean shipping.
Shipping time
Here at tiny stories we have a diverse portfolio of staff and team members, stretching from the likes of continents of Europe, Asia, Africa. With this being said we gather materials and recourses from around the world to actually create the book. Once we have made it WE SHIP IT IMMEDIATELY UPON CREATION.
Delivery time
The time it takes for the book to arrive ater shipping usually takes between 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS. We provide tracking. (UK)
Returns
Since we create personalised items we have a strict and straightforward policy. There is NO 14 DAY RETURN POLICY on personalised items however if the product arrives Faulty, Not As Described, or Damaged In Transit then we will work with you to our best standard to assist and send a new book out.

International shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders include customs documentation and may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on your location. Delivery times vary by country, typically ranging from 10-21 Business Days.
How much does shipping cost?
We are working very hard to make shipping free in all regions. However depending on your location you may be subject to a different shipping fee. In the UK shipping is free.
